Good morning,

We are pleased to announce that the issues preventing access to uniBuy via IP address ranges (as the ‘Standard User’) has now been resolved.

The login page will be temporarily amended to say that the issue is now resolved and then next week we will remove the message entirely.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to the consortia and their members

As per the update below, cloudBuy are still working to an estimated resolution time of after the May bank holiday for restoring the access to the uniBuy system using the Standard user and IP address. 

If you do need access to the system, this can be done by creating an account at:

We are extremely sorry to report, that we are still experiencing problems with users being unable to access the uniBuy system using the Standard user and IP address. 

cloudBuy is currently in the process of moving to a new datacentre and as a result of this, we have moved the IP address access service.  We are currently having issues with connections on https on this particular service. We have an estimated resolution time of around 2 weeks.

The good news is that you can still have complete access to the system, by creating an account. This can be done by going to:

https://secure.uk-plc.net/login/unibuy/register.aspx 

We are extremely sorry for the problems we have had and the effect to our customers and our technical team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
