Unfortunately, Microsoft have advised us that, from January 12, 2016, only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive technical support and security updates, as shown in the table below:
We are sorry to inform that as a consequence of this, cloudBuy will not be able to support browsers that are not supported by Microsoft. This will mean that if a feature is not working as expected in a non-supported browser, cloudBuy is unlikely to be able to fix or resolve the issue. Any fixes that we may be able to achieve will be charged for.
Any customers who are using a version of Internet Explorer that is not supported by Microsoft are encouraged by Microsoft to upgrade and stay up-to-date on the latest browser.
For example if you are using Windows 7 on your computer, you should upgrade to Internet Explorer version 11.
